Loci continues its push into multi-family housing design with this proposal for a mixed-use 100% affordable, energy-efficient apartment building in the Eastchester section of the Bronx. If the project is financed, we plan to integrate Passive House principles into its systems and construction detailing. The ground floor will be a day care center serving our client’s nearby worker housing complex spanning five city blocks. The upper floors include a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
