Loci recently completed the New York City offices for a major media broadcast company. We worked closely with their facilities team to complete the project while the space was occupied, renovating the reception and elevator lobby, creating a new open work area with customized work stations, and providing the infrastructure for a new live studio broadcast area at the southwest corner of the floor. By carefully phasing the work, the company’s daily operations were able to continue uninterrupted.
