Loci designed a new 16,500 SF training and performance space as part of Molloy College’s undergraduate CAP21 Theatre Arts program. The project extends Molloy’s academic offerings into Manhattan and provides more direct access to the city’s talent resources. We created a state-of-the-art studio environment that includes flexible rehearsal spaces for dance, theater arts, and music, including a black box theater that will host small scale performances and theater productions.
