As part of our client’s initiative to offer better housing options in the Bronx, Loci is designing a large scale mixed use development that includes 100% affordable rental apartments, commercial spaces, and a community facility. The project spans two tax lots with existing buildings – Loci proposed a subdivision of one lot to maximize floor area and we are currently working with the development team to finalize massing options.
