Located in the tranquil Darband district of
northern Tehran, our Terrace Residential
Complex offers stunning views of the cityscape
to the south and the Tochal mountains to the
north. Our design focuses on seamlessly
blending indoor and outdoor spaces in each
apartment.
Gone are the typical balconies; instead,
residents enjoy spacious three-bedroom
apartments with private lounges and custom
kitchens, all surrounding a central open-air
area with beautiful views and a private pool.
Our terraces, ranging from 40 to 50 square
meters, offer versatile spaces inspired by
traditional Iranian courtyard houses. With
curved brick facades and a minimalist white
frame, our building stands out as a modern
gem in the urban landscape.
