Located in the Pardisan National Park, the Pardisan Tower is a
groundbreaking addition to the headquarters campus of the Iranian
Department of Environment. Inspired by the traditional Persian
“Chahar-Bagh” garden concept, the high-rise office building features
four distinct sections that elegantly symbolize Iran's diverse
climates: coastal, mountainous, desert, and subtropical.
With a striking oval form and sustainable double-skin glass facade,
the tower prioritizes green architecture and energy efficiency.
Four strategically designed atriums, each representing one of the
country's unique climates, provide occupants with inviting public
spaces and lush recreational areas.
The sky lobbies incorporate plants and natural scenery into the
urban facade, simultaneously functioning as dynamic spaces
that showcase the rich cultural heritage of Iran. The interplay
of contemporary design and traditional elements demonstrates
a commitment to environmental consciousness and fostering a
profound connection to nature within the bustling urban setting.
