Morph Gated Community is a sustainable urban development located in Northern Iran, with stunning views of the Caspian Sea. The design is inspired by the mountain forest environment, with a focus on integrating nature, maximizing sunlight, facilitating social interactions, promoting airflow, and utilizing rainwater. The Parenthesis Villa, designed as a versatile housing unit, balances public, semi-public, semi-private, and private spaces while ensuring the best views and privacy. The concept of a bridge enhances the overall user experience by connecting different elements of theproperty for a harmonious living environment.
