Khan Villa is a residential project designed for a distinguished Iranian entrepreneur in Hashtgerd.
The design incorporates brick and concrete, blending harmoniously with the surrounding agricultural land. Constructed in two phases, the ground floor accommodates the family, while the first floor serves as a private retreat. A fourseason pool complements the exterior, while the interior layout separates private and semi-private spaces for traditional family living. The architecture thoughtfully integrates aesthetics, functionality, and privacy.
