Seville Plaza is a tenant improvement project for the county of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency. The scope was to combine two large rooms into one 2,529 SF room, with an operable partition separating them. As project architect, I needed to complete a code analysis of what was possible in terms of occupancy and fire protection/egress. I also worked with structural and electrical consultants to find an operable partition solution that would work. As BIM manager, I build parametric Revit families from vendor shop drawings to create accurate plans.
