Located in the vibrant Longgang District, this project stands as a landmark for the Shenzhen building industry and a pivotal hub for the national construction sector. The design competition for the first phase was won by the renowned consortium of Aedas, Capol, and MLA+B.V.

In collaboration with Aedas, QZY Models crafted a 1:1000 architectural scheme model and a 1:150 display model. Both models have garnered continuous praise from clients for their exceptional detail and accuracy.

Detailed Representation of the Project

The centerpiece of this showcase is the 1:150 scale model, measuring an impressive 4.5 by 4.5 meters. This model vividly captures the entire project site and the surrounding mountain park area. The first phase of the model is designed in a realistic style, while the undeveloped plots for the second and third phases are depicted using frosted acrylic to convey conceptual representations.

Architectural Highlights

• Main Tower: Features a glass curtain wall with reflective coated glass, utilizing 20% and 70% reflection effects to highlight the modular design effectively.
• Curtain Wall: High surfaces incorporate scaled-down solar panels with realistic metal textures on the decorative lines, precisely representing the facade's engraved lines and textures.
• UV Printing Technology: Applied to the landscape ground, enhancing the visual appeal and accuracy of the terrain.

Advanced Lighting and Design

The interior of the buildings features 4000K color temperature natural lighting effects, with unique lighting for each floor that is controllable in groups. The ground level includes point light sources to enhance the overall model’s aesthetic. The artistic exhibition center is represented by a 3D printed hollow frosted body, allowing for future sustainable design updates.
