Competition for a new administration complex in the city of Ningbo, China, consisting of new Party Committee building (22 500 sq meters), new Executive Administration (33 500 sq meters), Congress (11 000 sq meters) and Council (8 500 sq meters) buildings, hotel, commercial center and international Expo.The site was surrounded by water. H2L2 initially proposed two schemes out of which scheme nr. 1 was eventually chosen for further development. Presented here is designed by myself scheme nr.2.
