This was a project of a moot court room and adjacent atrium in a new building at Widener University (building designed by NNS). A skylit atrium was supposed to create a natural flow from Widener University's original Law Library to the new building, that now houses the school's first mock courtroom. Patterned vinyl composition tiles in three colors were used to create an abstract floor pattern inside the atrium. Lighted columns spaced between second floor balconies were supposed to complement the building contemporary style. Baltic birch paneling was used on the walls in the courtroom, equipped with 116 fixed seats, 12 jury box seats and a judge's bench.
