Located on Driggs Avenue in Williamsburg, 625 Driggs is a mixed-use development of 30,750 SF gross, comprising six stories and a cellar floor. It houses 19 residential units, from studios to one and two bed room apartments of which 4 are affordable units. The ground floor is dedicated to retail, with an automated parking garage on the second floor.
Thomas Wensing was involved in the SD and DD phases of design, developing the façade concept with Morris Adjmi and the team, and later during construction he served as project architect doing CA, together with the project manager.
