PROJECT: 5431 W. 104th ST TYPE: Commercial – Tenant Improvement

PROGRAM: Renovation and tenant improvement converting several existing warehouses into a contemporary multi-media design studio and soundstages.

SIZE: ~30,000 SF 

PROJECT NARRATIVE: Ryder Design worked with the client to convert two adjacent warehouses into the Los Angeles location for Optimist, an international multi-media production company. The design features a brightly day-lit, minimal interior with auxiliary offices, green rooms, restrooms, dressing rooms, customer lounge, viewing rooms, and a café/art space in the entry lobby. The building houses the Los Angeles design staff and several ‘white-box’ studio spaces ranging in size for different customers usess
