PROGRAM: Private residence with 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, master suite, office, den, spa (w/ tanning room, sauna, bath, & shower), exercise room, wine cellar, screening room, and private bar. 

SIZE: 6,614 SF 

PROJECT NARRATIVE: Ryder Design collaborated with ID Group to provide architectural design for this high-end hillside home which engages the site and frames the spectacular views of Los Angeles beyond. The contemporary design consisting of rectilinear masses extends into the landscape.
