DROGAMIX STORE

DESIGNES TO SUPPORT A VERY IMPORTANT STEP ON THE COMPANY’S BUSINESS EXPANSION, THIS NEW STORE WAS LOCATED IN A VERY HIGH END LOCATION OF SÃO PAULO.

THE PROPERTY CHOSEN HAD A VERY INTERESTING ARCHITECTURAL LANGUAGE, BASICALLY DESIGNED AS A LARGE BOX IN METAL STRUCTURE AND EXTENDED GLASS FACADES.

TO IMPROVE THE BRAND LOOK AND GIVE THE STORE MORE AMPLITUDE, I CHOSE TO REMOVE THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE BUILDING, AND RELOCATE THIS AREA TO THE BACK OF THE SITE, AS FROM A COMMERCIAL PERSPECTIVE IT’S NOT INTERESTING TO HAVE A 2 FLOOR RETAIL AREA.

BY DOING THIS I COULD CREATE A DOUBLE HEIGHT CEILING TOWARDS THE ENTRANCE OF THE STORE, AMPLIFYING THE SPACE. I ALSO HIGHLIGHTED THE MAIN VOLUME WITH A DARK ELEMENT ADDED TO THE FACADE, WORKING AS A FRAME THAT ALSO HIGHLIGHTS THE GLASS CUBE.
