ANELLE CONDOMINIUM

HOUSES IN HORIZONTAL CONDOS IN BRAZIL ARE VERY COMMON, AS THIS EXAMPLE DEVELOPED FOR A MIDDLE CLASS CONSUMER.

THE MAIN CHALENGE WAS TO CREATE AS MANY UNITS AS POSSIBLE TO TURN THE DEVELOPMENT FINANCIALLY FEASIBLE, WHILE RESPECTING LOCAL BUILDING CODE LIMITATIONS.

THE SOLUTION WAS TO CREATE 2 ROWS OF UNITS, HAVING SEPARATE UNITS ON THE GROUND LEVEL AND UPPER LEVEL, WHILE THE PARKING LOT WAS LOCATED IN THE GARDEN UPFRONT, WITH A WOOD STRUCTURE TO BE POSSIBLY ADDED FOR CLOSING THIS TO TURN INTO A PRIVATE SPACE.

THE CLIENT REQUESTED IT TO BE A MORE COMFORTABLE LOOKING DESIGN, THAT’S WHY THE TRADITIONAL ROOFS, BRICKS AND WINDOW FRAMES WERE CHOSEN TO COMPLETE THE DESIGN OF THIS CONDO.
