Completion Date

Project Budget
$3.4 million
This lab and classroom facility is the first building constructed on the new "Industrial Campus" adjacent to the traditional OC Tech campus core. The new building blends architectural elements from the existing campus buildings with a modern industrial aesthetic enhanced with metal panels and a pre-engineered structural system. The labs and classrooms feature the latest technology and teaching tools, and are designed to accommodate future growth and change in the program and its mission. Instructors and visitors alike can observe most teaching spaces from view panels in the corridor that simultaneously improve safety and promote an open learning environment.
