Lamarq Construction is one of the most important architecture firms in Colima, Mexico , among whose projects include the  development of several units of two story residences with 300m2, in Colima, Guadalajara and Manzanillo.

Throughout the construction process I was responsible for a number of initiatives, including concept design, development of construction documents, and working on site.

Due to the scale and the expected completion date of the project, it was necessary to maintain constant lines of communication with the client in order to arrive at the finished product as efficiently as possible.

On site I was simultaneously in charge of 7 different houses, with each house reflecting a value of about 250.000USD. The layout of most of the residential units includes 4 bedrooms, a full separate dining room and large kitchen, swimming pool,  and a large garden.
