The following is a schematic proposal for the interior renovation of the Tragic Poet Condominium in Seaside, Florida originally designed by Steven Holl. This 600 ft2  project mainly involves reorganization of program and in doing so, incorporating more day-lighting than originally provided. Designed for the Tragic Poet, minimal day-lighting and a reclusive environment must be refitted for our colorful client. The kitchen has been moved to the lower level, opening up the living room to be a large open lofted space and the kitchen rearranged in a playful but space-conscious manner.
