Developed as part of my Professional Development with AutoDesk Revit Architecture, this conceptual home was designed as a modular concept for a downward sloping site.  This +/-3,300 SF plan is split horizontally by a cast-in-place thermal concrete wall dividing the public spaces from the private spaces.  The modules are based on 15.5’ x 32’ standard manufactured house module.  The modules are: 1) Lower Level Bedrooms, 2) Upper Level Master Suite, 3) Living Room, 4) Kitchen/Dining and 5) Entry/Office.  The garage/Carport is assumed to be site built.  Exterior cladding materials are cement fiber board and red cedar, coated with a clear seal.
