The project of landscape and architectural design of already existing residential complex masterplan. The client would like to emprove the quality of residential units, offering not only appartment sq.m., but also variaty of services, landscape solutions inside of the territory. The complex is situated is in suburban of Moscow. It meant for us, that a set of maximum possible facilities, necessary for providing a high quality of life level should be created. Along with that, the complex practically stands inside of the forest. We got this condition as the main benefit of the site. According to the new master plan, the new public promenade should be created as a main cord of the complex. Spreading from the central axis into the direction of the outside border, this promenade dissolving, mixing public facilites with green landscape shapes and in the end giving the forest occupy the border of the territory at all.
