Masterplan design workshop

I took part in the workshop dedicated to the topic of the reorganization of Genova’s historical center. My group (Wang, Asaric, Dostar and me) proposed to create on the abandoned territory, which is used mostly as a storage, a new sustainable residential complex for young professionals. Due to the new water link with the main existing bay area, implementing the new physical connection with help of movable bridges, we proposed to design a new attraction point of a big former industrial territory.
Based on the concept of re-using existing materials on the territory, as containers and disused metal structures, we designed the new interactive public park for the city.
As a result, we created a new master plan, sections, details and also a mockup of the proposed solution.
