International Urban planning competition
According to the idea, the existing abandoned park should be transformed into the polygonal net landscape with triangle soil elements. These elements having an integrated photovoltaic pallets, should accumulate the sun energy during the day and give it back to the night, providing a securing lightning of the park for pedestrians.
