Multi-functional complex. Executive proje

The project of multi-functional skyscraper (75 and 84 levels) was developed by Skidmore bureau in Chicago. Then the work stage of the project was dedicated to constructional companies in Russia. I worked from the Developer side as an Architect, who controlled and corrected according to existing situation on site, Skidmore project’s drawings.
Due to the fact, that our architectural office was in front of the construction site, I had the opportunity to visit the site and control implementation of architectural project practically everyday. This work helped me to improve my knowledge about structural processes.
Controlling the quality of finishing materials offered from the sub-constructors side, I got experience in work with real finishing materials and structures.
Along with that, I also had a part of work, relating more to the engineering block of the project: combining together 3D-models from different sub-constructor’s sides I checked the correspondence of each coordinate among the primary steel structure, secondary steel structure and main buildings steel plates of the « Crystal» - a stylobate part of the building facade.
Checking the proper material (steel or aluminum, or glass) for each detail of the Crystal building, according to SOM project, was part of my work also.
