The main feature of this social housing complex was a low-cost budget and its feasibility as a result.
Taking into consideration the limitation in green areas in center of Milan we created a green park, elevated onto the first level above the ground, to provide an additional quiet and natural area as core of complex.
Mainly all social and public spaces (school, kindergarten, restaurant, museum, pharmacy, fitness club) we placed along this new green core and above it. 
Creating the program of interacting among complex’s residents, our goal was to involve the local population into social communication providing a sustainable way of life for local community.
