Project Brief:

Following the devastating impact of Typhoon Morakot in 2009, the Namaxia district suffered extensive damage. The initial phase of the project, which involved the
construction of a library and elementary school was completed in 2011. The current undertaking represents phase II, focusing on the development of a kindergarten
facility. Central to the design is the library, serving as the nucleus of the complex, around which the kindergarten and other school buildings are carefully arranged. In order to preserve the existing trees, the site was thoughtfully chosen, and the buildings were elevated, aligning with the approach adopted during phase I, to minimize the need for extensive excavation for foundation work.
