Flagship Store for J Press, consisting of a 19,000 Sq. Ft. Building comprising 1st Floor Retail, Basement Storage, 2nd & 3rd floor Offices and 4th floor Restaurant and replaces former premises occupied by J Press which was demolished due to being structure be unsound. Architects/ Structural Engineers collaborated using AutoDesk BIM 360 platform. Scheduled for completion in 2020
