A new Residential Tower comprising 1st Floor Retail/Amenity, Basement Parking, 2nd through 7th. Floors comprising Studio, 1 & 2 Bedroom Residential Units. Structure comprises 4 floors of wood framing atop a three story steel frame with composite floor slabs. Architects/ Structural Engineers collaborated using AutoDesk BIM 360 platform. Scheduled for completion in 2021
