The project consisted of a 17 story 52 Unit High-end Residential Tower above a Level 1 Retail Space. The facade is composed of precast insulated concrete panels with integral double glazed aluminum windows. Living Rooms in the larger units take advantage of the curved corner  along East 19th Street & Park Avenue South.

Apartments on each floor are served by a double bank of elevators and a scissor stair. Apartments range in size from a one bedroom 805 Sq. Ft to a 2 bedroom 1,800 Sq.ft. The 13th & 14th floors comprise 2,700 Penthouse Apartments and the uppermost maisonette unit has its own rooftop swimming pool. The 13th floor Penthouse Apartments include a roof terrace. All residents have access to a Library/ Bar Area with access to a recreation terrace on the 2nd floor.
