The Community Room Building is the final Phase of a pre-K School. The 4 075 Sq. Ft. Gymnasium space doubles as a Theater. The Gymnasium has an Entry Vestibule off an adjoining play yard together with a formal entrance off James Street. Above the formal entrance is a 720 Sq. Ft. Mezzanine and off the Entry Vestibule are Male & Female Restrooms. The facade is clad in shiplap cedar planks.
