i was going to make some smart-a## comment on the ferris wheel, but then i stopped to think about the architectural value of such structure...the attraction factor, thematic symbol, social interaction, and of course, the views...everything a mirador is meant to be, no?!
What would take this to the next level if there was some way to have the inner rings function as interconnected wheels that actually propel the outer ring from a single central (or perhaps grounded?) motor.
A few years ago I had to research innovative ferris wheel designs, and I can tell you they're few and far between. This is pretty remarkable.
