I don't know if I would call it a war, but I would also like those Goliath Dolans to move their cash-cow second-rate arena off of the third-rate pathetic train station so NYC's biggest transit hub can be rebuilt!! Please sign the petition below:

I can see the merits of both sides. It isn't MSG's fault that they tore down Penn Station. And they just spent a bunch of money on renovations.
On the other hand it would be nice to have a nicer Penn station. Those drawings were pretty pie in the sky though.
