A 2,000-square-foot Society Hill townhouse included in I.M. Pei’s 1968 Bingham Court village design is for sale in Philadelphia for $1.45 million. Coldwell Banker has the listing for this one, which can be seen as a “rare” opportunity and should not be confused with Pei’s earlier Society Hill Towers complex not far away. The home boasts a total of three beds and two full bathrooms. Our preview of Pei’s new full-scale retrospective, on view until next January at the M+ museum in Hong Kong, can be read in full here.

Oh, this is beautiful. And not an unreasonable price.
