Allen + Killcoyne Architects seeks a Junior to Mid-Level Project Architect/Architectural Designer

Firm Details: Allen + Killcoyne Architects is an award winning, design oriented architectural firm located in Manhattan. Our work comprises a diverse range of projects that include retail, corporate interiors, high end residential, gyms, facade retrofit, building design and institutional work. The firm is very involved in sustainable and passive house design.

Ideal Candidate: The firm seeks an intermediate-level project manager with 5-7 years of experience.  The work of the firm is varied in scale and therefore offers opportunities for junior staff to learn at an accelerated pace how to design, detail and manage the construction of projects. Must have Bachelors or Masters of Architecture degree and high level of proficiency in AutoCad, Photoshop, Adobe products, SketchUp and other 3D rendering programs.

Breland-Harper seeks a Project Designer

Ideal Candidate: 3+ years of work experience in an architecture or design office. Must have B. Arch, M. Arch or Equivalent. Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software. Must be able to understand of all phases of the Design Process – From Pre-Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration.

Heather Young Architects seeks an Emerging Professional/Junior Designer

Firm Details: Heather Young Architects is a small firm of 11 located in Palo Alto, California. Our portfolio includes commercial, mixed-use, multi-family and residential projects.

Ideal Candidate: Candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in commercial and/or single family residential architecture. Have a B.Arch or M.Arch degree from a NAAB accredited architecture program. Be licensed or in a licensure track. Able to independently identify design issues and offer original design solutions and assist project team in developing documentation through all phases of project. Should be fluent in several software programs, ArchiCAD (preferred).

SHVO seeks a Design and Development Associate

Ability to create a set of construction drawings, specifications and schedule and excellent presentation skills, including space planning and drawing.

Computer skills preferably include Sketchup, Lumion, Revit, AutoCAD and the Adobe Creative Suite. The ability to carry the design intent of a project through construction documentation and fieldwork.
