Woodbury University School of Architecture shares their Fall virtual lecture events. Since September, the school has welcomed Momoyo Kaijima of Atelier Bow-Wow and conducted their "Constructing Common Ground" roundtable. Kicking off October was a lecture presented by artist/designer Ibiye Camp. On October 20th, the school will hold their second roundtable discussion, "Dialog Cross Section" with Mary Pat McGuire, Erika Walker, and Dr. Kristina Hill. Demar Matthews, Meena Agha, and Teddy Cruz will participate in the Spaces of Resistance: NOMAS Roundtable, moderated by Sean Joyner on October 27th.
Closing out the Fall lecture series will be a presentation given by Quinlin Messenger of Aplomb Design on November 10th. Also taking place in the Fall is the 2020 JSI Excellence in Photography Awards, whose date will be announced in the coming weeks.
Woodbury's Fall lecture series focused on climate justice topics as part of their Year of Climate Justice call to action. All events are free and open to the public.
