Dattner Architects seeks a Director of Interiors
The Director of Interiors leads the Interiors Team and through collaboration with other design leaders and project teams, develops the interiors for residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and cultural projects in NYC from planning and programming through construction. This position requires an individual who proactively and passionately promotes a thoughtful and engaged design process, robust design dialogue, and impactful presentation. The Director of Interiors reports directly to the Design Principal. 10+ years of professional experience with interior architecture and/or interior design projects with a professional degree in Architecture or Interior DesignNYS Architectural Registration or NCIDQ is required. Proficiency with Revit, other 3D software, and Adobe Design Suite and familiarity with NYC Building Code as applied to interior architecture is a must.

Fogarty Finger Architecture PLLC seeks a Junior Interior Designer
Fogarty Finger, an award-winning architecture firm seeks a Junior Interior Architect or Interior Designer to support the hospitality + corporate office interiors team with a focus on FF&E. The position entails assisting in all project phases from concept through installation, including vendor communication and procurement. The candidate should possess good spatial sense, an eye for detail and a strong ability to communicate graphically. Knowledge of the interior design FF+E selection and specification process as well as the more technical side of design (construction documents, details, plans, elevations, etc) is required. 1-3 years professional experience in the US is required in addition to an Interior Design or Architecture degree.

DXA Studio seeks an Interior Designer
The ideal candidate will work with DXA to focus on designs that provide expertly crafted design with technical proficiency. The idea candidate will have 4+ years experience working in high-end residential, multi-family residential, hospitality or commercial projects. They must also have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe CS (including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), Rhino, Sketchup; Revit a plus. Experience in construction document preparation and project management is required. COOKFOX seeks an Interior Designer/Interior Architect
The firm seeks an Interior Designer with 3-5 years professional experience and excellent design skills to join our 100 person studio.  This position will focus primarily on interior architecture work with an emphasis on architectural detailing, programming, layouts, finish & fixture selection, and trade coordination. The interior designer will be fully integrated into the architectural project design team as the interior scope develops and he or she must demonstrate flexibility and attention to detail. The best candidates will have enthusiasm for environmental sustainability, dedication to design, and experience with a variety of project types. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture is required. Knowledge of interiors-related building codes, standards and LEED standards a plus.

StudioTEKA Design seeks a Junior/Intern Architect
The studio searches for a dedicated and motivated individuals looking for a hands-on work experience with as much responsibility as you can handle. Maturity and a high level of motivation are important. For the internship, previous practical experience in building or making things (whether experience in architecture, interiors, furniture or product design) is a plus, as are skills in 3D visualization. The intern would participate in research and preliminary design for the kick off one of the new projects, as well as participating in ongoing projects in the office. Minimum requirement for Junior Architect or Project Architect position would be a 5 year B.Arch or a B.A. with a major in Architecture. M.Arch degree is a plus. 

K. Hovanian Companies seeks a Senior Interior Designer
K. Hovnanian is celebrating 60 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. They are searching for an ideal candidate who can: coordinate drawing sets, interiors schedules, generate specifications - develop and maintain timelines and goals and strategically plan scope and layout of projects. The ideal candidate should have a BA in Architecture or Interior Design with a minimum of 5 years experience. Some hospitality/retail experience preferred but not required.   

PKSB Architects seeks an Intermediate Level Architectural Project Designer
PKSB Architects is a NYC focused firm, seeking a project designer with 2 - 5 years of experience per the AIA 2019 Position Descriptions (Recent College Graduate - Unlicensed - to - Architectural Staff Level I - Unlicensed). The ideal candidate will have experience using AutoCAD (version 2015 or higher) in addition to REVIT. Projects include educational facilities, sacred spaces, multi-family residential, and commercial interiors. Familiarity with NYC DOB and Landmarks Preservation Commission preferred, but not required.

HLW seeks a Project Manager (Interiors)
HLW is an organization of architects, interiors designers, workplace strategists and thought leaders working with vibrant global organizations.  They seek a candidate with experience in working on commercial/corporate interiors. A degree in architecture or interior design is needed. Proficiency in Deltek Vision (or similar) accounting software is required in addition to 7+ years’ PM experience in the NY Area.
