LCM Architects seeks an Accessibility Specialist
LCM has immediate openings for in-house, full-time Accessibility Specialists at various levels of experience. Responsibilities include reviewing architectural/engineering plans and specifications for compliance with accessibility codes and standards as well as preparing detailed reports documenting observed deficiencies. Candidates must have a degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field. Nate Berkus Associates seeks a Designer
Nate Berkus Associates Chicago is looking for a Designer that would provide direct support to the Partner and Senior staff, as well as managing Design Assistants. Responsibilities include assisting Partner with selection of furniture, fabrics, and other materials. Work closely with clients: present furniture, lead site visits, oversee construction and other tasks as required. Candidate must have 5+ years experience as a designer in the design field. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field is needed.

Solomon Cordwell Buenz (SCB) seeks an Architect
The ideal candidate will be responsible for project design and technical development of an assigned project working under minimum supervision of a Senior Architect or Principal. Oversees the project team working on a significant portion of a large project, or the entire project team on small to medium sized projects. Project role may principally be design or technically focused, or both, depending on the size, complexity and capabilities of the individual. Must be a liscensed architect with 5-10 years post graduate, full-time working experience.
CannonDesign seeks an Architect
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of all technical aspects and content of projects, coordinating work with all disciplines to ensure an integrated set of deliverables, and verifying compliance through team collaboration. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited program. Master of Architecture from an accredited program and Architectural Registration preferred. Experience working on hospitality projects preferred.
Summer Thornton Design, Inc. seeks an Interior Architecture/Design Assistant
Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years professional experience in related field (interior design, architecture, product/furniture design, textile design, hospitality design, etc). The open position requires a strong organizational skillset to assist with, and manage, small office design groups on a wide range of interior architectural projects in both Chicago and in cities outside the state. The applicant should be comfortable leading presentations and participating in business development/project interviews. Licensed professional preferred, AutoCAD skills essential, Revit experience appreciated
