Phyllis Lambert continues to rake in architecture honors from around the globe. Most recently, the former Canadian Centre for Architecture Director was honored with the 2016 Wolf Prize in Israel for her lasting influence in the architecture profession.

The competition invites architects, designers, engineers, and students worldwide to send their most inventive ideas that can take conventional approaches to urban planning and residential design one step further. For 2016, the winning designers were based in China, Cyprus, Greece, Korea, Thailand, and the U.S.
YAC Lighthouse Sea Hotel competition winners reimagine the historic Murro di Porco
Lighthouses were in the spotlight for one of Young Architects Competitions' latest competitions. Entrants worldwide sent their ideas for reviving the Murro di Porco lighthouse into a seaside hotel — all while respecting its original character and natural environment as much as possible.
