My guess:
Proposal 1 - Wingårdhs Arkitektkontor
Proposal 2 - Manuelle Gautrand Architecture
Proposal 3 - Ian Simpson Architects
Proposal 4 - Zaha Hadid Architects
Proposal 5 - SOM

I'd go with #2, even though it looks a lot like her Miami condo tower. Very elegant. It would be especially nice if those exterior forms where structural. My guess is #1 will win. It looks trendy in a grunge kind of way, especially with the obligatory green floors. #5 looks like it could be in Dubai, all though it's the only one without a flat top. What's with the truncated top when you are building so tall? Seems like a missed opportunity.
One word ...'Zaha' ...
