As a member of the Residential Studio, Nathan was in an Architectural Graduate role on this new construction building. This project is a 16-level, 300-unit student accommodation high-rise building with ground floor amenity spaces.  During the Construction Administration phase, he provided on-site defect management and field reports for the design/build team.
