This project is the consolidation of the Food & Drug Administration (US) headquarters; an RTKL/KlingStubbins joint venture. The consolidation was an extensive project, with most of the campus dedicated to Life Sciences. This project includes the design of extensive lab and clean room facilities. Set up like a universtiy campus, “the new [FDA] headquarters maximizes connectivity, bolsters workflow and enhances operations.” (RTKL Associates)

Nathan supported Plumbing Engineers and Project Management as an Engineering Draftsman on this new construction project.
