For the Level I renovation of this 4-level, 130-unit, 55+ community, Nathan took the project from Design Development through to Construction Administration, while operating in a Job Captain role.  

Through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development’s 223F program, the building was renovated with residents-in-place.  The scope of work included MEP system upgrades, as well as in-kind replacements of FF&E in all dwelling units. The Leasing Office and Multi-Purpose Room Kitchen were completely reconfigured.
