The Cordis West Coast Consolidation project consisted of the construction of a 10,000 ft2 (929 m2) ISO8 cleanroom facility. The project featured the design of a new research and development wet/ dry laboratory space. Further support spaces and specialty rooms complete the project, all with life science designation standards. This is a heavily engineered project, with a focus on mechanical, electrical/controls, and process/plumbing systems.
As an Engineering Draftsman on a campus consolidation of several existing buildings, Nathan supported Plumbing Engineers and Project Managers throughout Design Development and Construction Documentation.
