As the Job Captain for this Level III Historic Renovation of this 4-level, temporary housing building, Nathan took the project through Schematic Design into Design Development. This project reorganizes the interior spaces to increase the Single Room Occupancy units by 125% while also adding additional shared bathing and kitchen facilities.
