Located right on the Batumi Seaside Boulevard on the black sea coast, Hilton Batumi Hotel boasts 247 rooms and suites, all fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows. Adjacent to the hotel stands a twenty-story luxury residential complex with 114 apartments overlooking the city and the sea. 

While CallisonRTKL UK prepared the concept design, our task was to generate exhaustive construction documentation and specifications, supervise the whole process, and ensure the Hilton Design & Construction Standards were in place. 

Specifications were prepared for all components of the project, including material and equipment specifications according to National Buildings Specifications (NBS). We successfully executed the plan with British standards, securing the detail and quality of the Hilton brand. 

Being on Hilton's international database for preferred design consultant partners, MUA is qualified to work on Hilton's portfolio of brands on Architecture and Master Planning in Europe and the United Kingdom.
