The project is located on Sarajishvili Street in Vashlijvari, Tbilisi. Drawing on the industrial character of the surrounding area, the site presents an excellent opportunity to utilize the underused space. The vicinity, mostly dotted with warehouses and industrial buildings are bordered by lush landscapes on the south-east and west. 

The surrounding context dictated the concept and its character. The evergreen natural landscape provided a great starting point for thinking about how to design and redevelop the area with minimal intervention in the environment. After careful examination of the site, we pieced the puzzle together, identifying the standalone elements that make up the whole. The goal was to create a space that would be greater than the sum of its parts; we opted for the process where the parts at one scale form wholes at the next scale. Think of it as a "Tetris" game. 
The project incorporates offices and shared spaces of three large companies that are continually evolving: Evex, GEPHA, and Imedi L. The lobby, located on the ground floor, serves as a communal area that encourages employees and visitors to mix, interact, and eventually head to their respective workspace.  
The stairs, elevators, and hallways at the central axis form the main circular point. A large part of the building is dedicated to the parking lot, covering the entire perimeter of the -1 floor, while the successive levels are integrated office spaces. Recreational and leisure spaces, including a conference hall, cafeteria, and sports hall, are located on the last floor of the building. 
Planning is based on a modular system that allows for the maximum inflow of natural light. All three companies have individual atriums for circular ventilation. The atriums facilitate regular interaction of the employees.  
Tetris method succeeds in creating maximum flexibility, where different modules can be placed in such a way to find their optimal position within a specific configuration. In this case, we transformed three seemingly different office and common-use spaces into an interactive whole that effortlessly harmonizes with the surroundings. The modular system of Tetris allows for sustainable development at the expense of its mobility and simple formula.
