The project is located in the center of Mexico City whose peculiar form of the site was one of the biggest challenges. The project is formed by 17 apartments and commerce at the ground level. It had very precise specifications for the design of the apartments so instead of exploring design on it, I tried to achieve all the requirements with creativity and success. Each apartment has 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, service area and balcony. Also on the roof, it is located a garden as an amenity for the inhabitants. In the center of the building there is an open area also for the inhabitants for multiple activities and also this space allows the entrance of light to all the spaces 
of the apartments.
