Completed in July of 2008 this 2.1 million square foot furniture convention facility is the third and largest building in the World Market Center campus.  Concurrently designed and built with the grand plaza and the 3,800 stall parking garage, this building added a total of 5 million square feet of leaseable space to the complex.  With its multi-faceted facade and offset floor plates, this building challenged the design and construction team on a daily basis.  This building is also designed to be expanded in the near future to accommodate buildings 4 and 5 when the need arises for a total of 8 million square feet of leaseable space within the World Market Center complex.

Project Contributions:  Coordinated and prepared schematic design package, design development package, entitlements package, construction documents, leasing documents, interior design package and various tenant improvement packages.  Prepared design presentation to upper management and board members of World Market Center.  Completed all construction administration duties and building close out .
