Freeman Decorating Services is the premier provider of integrated services for face-to-face marketing events, including expositions, conventions, corporate events and exhibits of all sizes.  When Freeman Las Vegas out grew its facility, EV&A was approached to provide a larger facility that would meet the clients needs well into the future.  Project scope consisted of a 300,000 sf single level warehouse facility and 100,000 three story office space.  The warehouse contains two automotive size paint booths, wood shop, high bay racking, work offices and over 100 truck docks with cross dock accesses. Office space contains open office areas, over 50 individual offices, 10,000 sf graphics lab, 5,000 sf CADD office, management offices and conference rooms and multi-purpose flex space for training and office functions.  Office space contains high end finishes and won a NAIOP award for industrial buidling of the year in 2008.
